Italian Parsley will be very limited for the next 2-3 weeks due to rain.
Rain and cold temps are affecting Spinach, Arugula and Spring Mix supplies. The cold weather is stunting growth and reducing yields, and continuous rain keeping field crews from harvest. As a result, we're seeing limited supplies and some quality defects.
The cold weather is also contributing to discoloration, manifesting as visible yellowing in the finished product. Quality defects, including slight decay are observed in these tender leaf items upon arrival. We are experiencing limited availability, but working with our partners closely to reduce as little impact as possible to our customers.
