Italian Parsley will be very limited for the next 2-3 weeks due to rain.
The Mexican fruit is done for the season. The off shore product will never eat as good as the Mexican fruit. It is just the variety of mango it is and the growers pick them at a very green state so they can make the boat ride up to the United States. They look beautiful but just never get the same sugar level.
We will see some relief here in a couple of weeks when more fruit is available from the offshore countries and the fruit has more time to ripen. We are doing our best to stay ahead on fruit currently to try and give the fruit more time to ripen before it gets to our customers. We recommend ordering fruit early, so you can allow fruit to ripen in the kitchen for longer.
