Since 1941, the Millers, have been dairy farming in Crawford & McGregor, Texas . In 2011 the family began a transformation to sell milk through a milk and cheese processing plant on their own farm.
Mill-King milk is low temperature pasteurized or batch pasteurized at 145 degrees for 30 minutes in order to preserve as many of the natural enzymes and nutrients as possible. The Milk is not homogenized so the cream rises to the top, and they never add preservatives or additives to their milk, cream or cheese. It's all natural just like nature intended.
