The Green Valley facility is a temperature-controlled hydroponic warehouse where they grow their natural, kosher and organic sprouts, including Wheat Grass, Mung Bean Sprouts, Alfalfa Sprouts, Brocco Sprouts, Onion Sprouts, Black Eyed Peas and Tofu. Alfalfa sprouts can be used as garnishes to practically any and every dish—salads, soups, sandwiches, stir-fries, and burgers. You name it, they'll put alfalfa sprouts in it.
