Just as it was back in 1938, Hiland Dairy is still led by people whose professional lives are dedicated to the industry. And their passion for this business extends from their president to their farm families and all the way to the drivers of their delivery fleet.
As its name implies, Hiland 2% is a reduced-fat milk. When milkfat is removed, so is vitamin A. Hiland put back the vitamin A and then add vitamin D during processing which makes their 2% milk nutritionally identical to whole milk except for the fat content.
