CHAIRMAN’S MESSAGEWelcome to Hardie's2008 marks Hardie’s Fruit & Vegetable’s 65 year anniversary. With this milestone, we’ve come full circle, back to the way our business began, providing the freshest, most delicious locally grown produce available. From peaches to blueberries to dairy products, Hardie’s knows Texas. We’re proud to call this state our home and support our promise by further expansion to our facilities in Austin, San Antonio and McAllen giving us the opportunity to supply foodservice establishments from the Red River to the Rio Grande with quality produce. In addition to this, Hardie’s has become a member of the GO TEXAN initiative. Launched by the Texas Department of Agriculture in 1999, the GO TEXAN program promotes the products, culture and communities of Texas. As proud supporters, Hardie’s works closely with local growers to bring you the very best products grown right here in the great state of Texas. Located out of Fairfield, Texas, Cooper Farms has been growing peaches, greenhouse tomatoes, cucumbers, blackberries, figs and plums for 30 years.
